Bethenny Frankel's sickening pose in 4-year-old's clothes

Someone call a psychiatrist, a nutritionist, child-protective services. A rabbi, a priest. An exorcist.

This woman needs help.

Proving that you can be too rich, too thin, too egotistical and too categorically cuckoo to be anywhere near children or standard-sized adults, Bethenny Frankel, the former star of the reality-TV show “The Real Housewives of News York City,’’ squished her emaciated buns into a used outfit that a normal adult would have dropped into the laundry hamper or the incinerator.

In a picture she proudly posted on Instagram Sunday, Frankel, whose scary, stretched face resembles that of the cackling Joker from the “Batman’’ movies, shoved her unnaturally scrawny body into the pajamas of her daughter, Bryn.

This is especially alarming because Bryn is 4 years old. Her mother is 43.

Dare I say, Frankel is showing advanced signs of anorexia nervosa, possible dementia or a narcissistic need to compete in a kind of Skinny Olympics with a child still years away from puberty or seemingly inevitable bouts of bulimia.

“This is my daughter’s night gown and PJ shorts,’’ Frankel, who stands 5-feet-6, wrote in a caption. “Think we’re ready to start sharing clothes yet?’’

Maybe a long, bruising divorce and child-custody battle has made her loopy. Frankel, whose personal fortune is pegged at $25 million by, and her second husband, pharmaceutical sales exec Jason Hoppy, filed for divorce in January 2013 after more than two years of marriage. Their case was settled last month, with a judge signing off on a “co-parenting’’ arrangement.

Was that decision wise?

Maybe Frankel, who hosted a TV talk show that was canceled after five months and created, then sold, the Skinny Girl cocktail company, has gone mad from years of suffering from eating disorders. She told US Weekly magazine in 2011 that she binged on high-calorie foods, then fasted or starved herself to stay thin, losing or gaining five pounds a day. “My metabolism was totally wrecked,’’ she said. She tried every fad diet in existence.

“I used to go out and drink and go to the deli downstairs,’’ she told the mag. “The next day, I would vow not to eat because last night I wasn’t good. Food was my best friend or enemy.’’ That ended in 2006, Frankel claimed, when she started eating smaller portions and exercising.

On Monday, Frankel responded to alarmed critics, tweeting, “BREAKING NEWS! World Scandal: Former reality star, failed talk shows host & cocktail maven jokes by wearing her kids’ pjs!’’

She wrote that it was her daughter who encouraged the weird behavior. “When ur 4 year old peanut says ‘mommy please put my dress on’ & giggles uncontrollably, u do what ur told.’’

Bethenny Frankel needs to re-examine her clothing choices, not to mention her skills as a mother. She should do it before the kid grows up to be just like her mom!
